I've been using this platform for a few months now and overall, it's been a pretty solid experience. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone who's not super tech-savvy. Order execution is generally fast and reliable. I appreciate the support for both ERC20 and BEP20 tokens, giving me more options. However, the charting tools could be improved; they lack some of the advanced features I'm used to from other platforms. Customer support has been responsive when I've needed them, but the response time could be quicker. A few minor bugs here and there, nothing major, but worth noting. It's a good platform, but a few tweaks would make it excellent.
