The admin panel is fantastic, really intuitive and easy to use. I especially appreciate the reporting features. The delivery man app is functional, though the map integration could be smoother; sometimes it's slow to load or inaccurate. A few minor bugs popped up here and there, nothing major, but they did require a little troubleshooting. Overall, it's a solid product that's saved me a lot of time and effort in setting up my delivery service. A few tweaks here and there would make it perfect.
