I was looking for a way to manage online reviews and this seemed like a good option. The setup was straightforward enough and the interface is intuitive for the most part. I like that it pulls in reviews from various sources, which saves a lot of time. However, the reporting features could be more robust. Generating custom reports requires a lot of manual work, and some of the data visualizations are a bit basic. Customer support was responsive when I contacted them, but the solution to my problem was a bit of a workaround rather than a proper fix. Overall, it's functional, but there's definitely potential for improvement in terms of reporting and features. It gets the job done, but I'm hoping to see some updates soon.
