I was hoping for a more robust solution. The interface is functional but feels clunky at times. Searching for reviews is slow, and the filtering options are limited. While it does the basics, it lacks some of the advanced features I'd expect at this price point. The reporting tools are also underwhelming; I had trouble generating the kind of detailed reports I needed. Customer support was responsive, but the solutions offered weren't always effective. Overall, it's usable, but significant improvements are needed to make it a truly competitive product.
