I've been using this platform for a few months now and overall, it's functional. The interface is fairly intuitive, and I appreciate the ability to manage reviews in one place. However, the reporting features are quite basic and could definitely use some expansion. I also found the customer support to be a bit slow to respond. There were a couple of minor bugs I encountered, but nothing game-breaking. For the price, it's acceptable, but I'd expect more robust features for a platform of this type. It does the job, but there's definitely room for improvement.
